Currently, we are using all on-hand stock, and due to high demand, some colors/designs may not be readily available and may be substituted with other colors/designs in stock. We only accept Visa and Mastercard.

All packages are insured. Claims go through the USPS process.
Any order placed, processed, and held for shipping at a future date must be paid for in advance. If the order is then canceled for whatever reason, the buyer will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Third-party companies that manage stores with our custom designs must apply to AlaskanSuncatchers to continue to sell our products. Within one calendar year after that period, all designs and excess stock will be disposed of by AlaskanSuncatchers.
Please do not buy or give to children; these items are not toys.
Acknowledgment of our terms and conditions is required before placing any order.
Fees include a 3.5% credit card fee, $50.00 return check fee, and a 10% restocking fee where applicable. The minimum order is $500.00.
